Available Roles

Hands-on cleaning role with consistent weekly hours. Works within a team of two or more cleaners using our professional, trauma-informed cleaning protocols.

Full-Time Cleaner

In addition to cleaning responsibilities, Team Leads supervise a small group of cleaners in the field, ensure quality control, and provide direct communication between employees and management. Every team lead who successfully completes their trial period will be Trauma Informed Leader Certified through HH&H.

Full-Time Team Lead

Flexible role with fewer weekly hours. Ideal for those balancing school, childcare, or other responsibilities.

Part-Time Cleaner

Full-Time Administrator (Operations & Client Care)

Oversees scheduling, communications, and client care. This role will eventually grow into taking on management responsibilities as Horizon expands, supporting both staff and clients.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $18/hour

Annual raises available based on performance and tenure
Seasonal bonuses during busy times of year
Benefits package offered: Horizon pays a percentage of health, dental, and vision insurance; employees pay the remainder through payroll deductions. Benefits become available after successfully completing 90-day trial period and training.
