Membership availability is intentionally limited as we focus primarily on our commercial services while welcoming select residential homes.

How Membership Works

All new homes begin with a three-clean onboarding period at the minimum rate for their selected membership tier.

This onboarding period allows our team to understand your home’s unique needs, ensure consistent staffing, and confirm the level of care required to maintain your space beautifully.

After the third clean, your final recurring membership rate is confirmed and may be adjusted within your selected tier to reflect time and staffing needs. This ensures fair pricing, consistent service, and long-term care you can rely on.

Once confirmed, your membership continues at the established monthly rate.

The Horizon Standard (Monthly)

Starting at $250/month

A reliable monthly reset designed for smaller households or homes with lighter upkeep needs.

Includes:

One full-home clean per month
Access to member-only add-on menu
Extra care available at $55/hour

Final membership rate confirmed after the third clean.

5% off all add-on services
Priority scheduling during busy seasons

The Horizon Signature (Biweekly)

Designed for high-touch households, large homes, or clients who want their space maintained at its best at all times.

Homes requiring additional staffing or extended time may see their ongoing rate adjusted within the Elite tier after onboarding.

After your third clean, we confirm whether your home fits comfortably within the onboarding rate or requires an adjustment within your selected tier.

This adjustment reflects:

Staffing needs

You’ll always remain within the tier you selected — the final rate simply ensures your home receives the attention it deserves without rushed visits or rotating teams.
