Many people want to rebuild their lives but face barriers to employment that keep them from safe, stable work. Survivors of trafficking are often stigmatized. People reentering society after incarceration are often overlooked before they’re even given a chance.

What Participants Receive
Safe, stable employment starting at $18/hour, with annual raises and seasonal bonuses.

How It Works
Referral & Application
Applicants apply through our Horizon Reentry Pathway form.
To apply, a referral from a case manager, social worker, or partner organization is required.
Interview & Placement
Qualified applicants are interviewed and considered for available positions.
If hired, employees are placed on supervised teams with trauma-informed leadership.
As part of the application, Horizon conducts background checks.
Applicants may also provide personal references and recommendations.
Every applicant has the opportunity to tell their story or include any information they believe is important in the hiring process.
